If we have learned anything from the pandemic, isn't it that we should have all our assets and income in the same country at the mercy of one single government?

Someone who I respect (from @Sharon Vornholt's Probate Investing Simplified program) is a Rhino member and one of the reasons I gave that group the credibility to start checking it out.I still have not decided to pull the trigger, but do understand that $50 can be a lot of money if you don't get a return and $5000 can be nothing if you get a great return.

Be thorough, be patient, and understand it's a government institution so things may take a while. 

Well, I will tell you how I did it (or you can just listen to me on the podcast in my signature below).I spent a career working in local government.

With my new direction I am looking to put my effort and $ into marketing via direct mail and phone campaigns and create a website mostly for credibility.

I say that becuase it is hard to get anyone in city government to answer the pohne. 

One positive to note, during Covid when tenants stopped paying their rent ( and the government supported them in doing so) it was great to have section 8/ at least I  got the minimum amount to pay the mortgage!

It is pretty common to have IRS liens and government liens like mowing, demo, nuisance, etc. 

This is very unhealthy so the government is now investing elsewhere now and Punta Cana is pretty much done anyway, as the path of progress pretty much has run its course there.That's not my main problem with Punta Cana though.

If they caused you damages due to their violations of rules governing licensed brokers, you may be able to make a claim through the Real Estate Recovery Fund.2) either you or your attorney send an official termination of services letter (if you haven't already), wherein you need to demand that they remove listings, return to you your property they are holding, disburse your money to you by a date certain. 3) if they fail to comply with your demand, contact an attorney to prosecute the remedy.You can attempt to re-list your property yourself or with a new management company, but you may run into problems with listing websites when they see an existing listing for the same property.
