STR is either a) too time consuming to run yourself or b) you lose too much $$ for a PM company.I'd just sell and dump the money into REITs or whatever your Financial Advisor says is good.Good for you for helping them out!

Hello Anthony,I've been working with 2 Investors who've decided to actually pay me in cash.This became a bad habit for me because I've gotten burned twice on two deals a little while after that.

i agree with the others who've said that it will put pressure on rents on the lower end of housing / below the median. 

I bought it for $170K and 2.5 years later its worth $185K.Is it better to keep the rental (as part of my retirement planning) as a long- term investment or should I sell, pay off all consumer debt ($67K) and put the left over cash in IRA, 401K, HYSA?

@Partap A.The primary law that governs how institutions can use or share personal information about consumers is the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999.

American Home Sheild in my experience is a complete rip off to the consumers.

This negative position can consume years of cash flow to recover.

There is so much content out there you could spend your whole life consuming content and never acting.

Cable companies have even lobbied congress to allow them to force them on consumers for each TV. 

Hopefully they can co-exist and serve consumers well by providing more options.
