No apartment manager would allow that.So I'm starting to wonder if there is a trade-off:  "I'll live in a fourplex (instead of an apartment complex) as long as I can be more relaxed about junk, behavior, tenant screening, etc."

Is there some specific behavior or practice of a cotenant you can identify or some aspect of the building...

I was discussing with one investor where they advise me: "if you're going to house hack and occupy a unit its best that the tenant does not know that you're the landlord. this avoids receiving the sob stories for late payments, getting wrapped up in possible tenants drama, and you can access the tenants behavior w/out them putting on a front because the landlords around." 

I bought the house a few years ago but stopped doing cosmetic rehab to the house due to the behavior of the tenant.

Funny thing is that I help others on a daily basis manage mental health issues and here I am.Jose my full time job is also on a mental health/ behavioral health unit with children & teens.

She has a literal paper and internet trail of irresponsible acts and contentious behavior in California for all to see.

The banks are now being punished for their behavior, which by the way was enouraged by the government, which I will never trust!!!!!!

Personally I think owning a snake is a very strange behavior.

It sucks to kick people out, but you don't have time to do so much hand-holding.Also by doing this, you will reset their behavior (hopefully).
