I knew a guy that was in a partnership on a 100-unit apartment complex in California.

Truly, finding good people is difficult with an added layer of complexity when you cannot physically meet them   Or go see deals in person.

It was a large number of condo buildings throughout the area, not just one complex.

From the early days we've taught people to use our stock content as a guide... if you're looking to only do PPC, sweet... just add in your credibility and you're set.. no huge need to customize the content a lot because it will convert well out of the box.

Sub-to is complex enough, and adding a LT adds a little more complexity to it. 

Houses are complex systems where lots of stuff can go wrong and there are lots of opportunities for improvement. 

Working with new investors presents a complex challenge though.

They are all SFH and we will be looking to purchase about 2 more and then a small multifamily apartment complex in the future.

I believe it is a large class A rental apartment complex.
