Commenting to follow

Anyone who sells partials care to comment if they sold a patial and the homeowner stopped paying?

As a newbie your and other comments here have taught me that follow up is vitally important.

Ask them to comment on all 3 issues.

. ;-) I would recommend reading each of the comments in entirety. 

I support most of what you said.I would disagree with your comments about commercial sellers being less careful or hard-nosed.

interesting comments, thank you....to quote a person, if you think education is expensive, try ignorance and mistakes. in real estate,there is no bottom and no ceiling to mistakes and earnings, you can make and loose millions to billions, even grant cardone has lost it all which he has admitted repeatedly.
