I am looking closely at PreREOs on your site.

We just closed on my latest one last month with those exact terms. 

My main goal is to find something relatively close to the DMV area but without the DMV price tag.

Just wondering how many folks would really use this that are like I said not really educated on how title and escrow works and I find East coast folks to be highly reliant on closing attornies and have very little knowledge of title and escrow functions..

Transparency and professionalism are core to how we operate, and we ensure all properties have clear, insurable titles before closing.

I am taking action everyday and hope to close on a deal soon. 

Whenever rates fall going to cash out refi again my Roger’s park 4 now getting close to 500k total profit off that one deal now. 

So if this $330k puts them close to the limit, and the market makes a downturn, there will be a margin call.

Our real goal is to refi the homes before we come close to the due date and pay them off early.
