Let's say an obvious junkie applies for your $600 apartment and he has no job, no Landlord reference, a 486 credit score, six kids from five different women and two of those women are currently sitting in his 1984 Oldsmobile smoking hand-rolled cigarettes and offering services to any man that walks by.

At the moment, it seems that they are smoking weed consistently at night (either that or a very consistent smokey skunk is roaming the premises *insert eye roll) My question is: can I do anything to stop this obnoxious smell?

@Alex Zipeto If you are worried that residents will say you are discriminating then what you can do is a smoke detector check or AC filter check.

There are a few ways to look at this: 1. do you know of any smoking good deals out there that you'd buy at the drop of a hat?

Another reason buyers use seller financing is because they're getting a smoking deal.
