I have several casino employees that can’t buy what they are looking for due to being laid off for months.

And so starting 1/1 I'm doing remote teleradiology in the evenings, working abt 26 wks for the yr (still pays 650k), dedicating the rest of the time to real estate.I'm looking to network with local real estate professionals/investors/enthusiasts.

Hi Jennifer, I'm in the same boat, looking in Lake County, both North Chicago and Waukegan are great because the Navy base, Rosalind Franklin University, Amazon, and coming up a casino, are in the area.

I could tell he was jazzed to be talking to a fellow enthusiast even though I openly admitted I didn't really know anything. 

They are planning to open a casino so I'm hopeful that will improve the economy.

I dealt tables games at a casino for several years, and one of my favorite things is when one of the "taxes are evil" guys would play Mississippi Stud and complain.
