I'm curious why you used white cabinets in one house, and wood grain in the other. 

They tore out all carpet, all cabinets are destroyed, the bathroom is sagging due to them letting toliet clog and over flow.

I’ve had some time recently to build up cabinets in the flavor of the existing units, however tracking down Honduran mahogany plywood is proving to be a challenge.

Roaches were EVERYWHERE-- in the dryer, in the washer, cabinets, bathroom,  in the freezer, roach poop in all the new cabinets, in every cubby, it was DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

By adding tile floors, new cabinets and counters, new fixtures, new applicances, I think I should be able to get $1900 for rents no problem.I have not done a renovation of this scale, so if anyone can recommend contractors in Honolulu, Millani, Kailua, or Oahu in general that would do this kind of work, please do here or PM me.Also, I have no idea if I am able to write most of this off as repairs, or will I have to amortize the cost (not favorable)?

Hey, out of curiosity, where do you get your cabinets.

Would be looking for moderate cosmetic repairs such as new appliances, basic kitchen rehab (cabinets, backsplash), new vanities in the bathrooms, paint (interior and exterior), and if the budget allows some basic landscaping to give the house some curb appeal.Also, if you're able to recommend some good contractors in Bridgeport I would greatly appreciate it.
