There's a lot of things you can help out on without a license.Getting started brand new is definitely not easy, but time is on your side if you stay consistent!

DSCR loans are subprime loans that were re-branded and the name was stolen from the commercial portfolio loan industry.

Even if your property is brand new today, before 30 years you have to rehab or you lose value and tenants. 

I would not recommend doing major renos when you are a brand new investor and are investing out of state. 

We roll the dice, but we buy name brand with center agitator (we like Whirlpool).

A lot of times my clients buy a brand new house per state and metropolitan.

I.e. if they told you the roof was brand new, and upon physical inspection, you discover that the roof on a shed is brand new, but the main building needs a full replacement to the tune of $50k, that is not retracing a deal.  

What brand were the washer/dryer?

Eufy is the brand and I ordered via Amazon.  

I'll assume the worst case scenario in that you have a more expensive refrigerator and want to either repair it or replace with a similar brand/model.
