Does the fact that I am the sole owner of the S Corp block my ability to claim the primary residence sale exemption?

They are literally just printing block walls.

Especially in large metro areas, neighborhoods can change dramatically on a block by block basis so you really need to understand the lay of the land.

Usually, rent-by-room generates higher gross rental income than whole-house rental.You could also look into STR on the house and time-block when you want to use it.

For rental comps, I do a market re-search of whats available around a few blocks comparing other proper/ amenities.
