I thought it was "right click, save as" on the Chase website. 

I personally know of people who chased the STR Shiny object, could make it work and had to sell at a loss.I think these people didn't do a great job of due diligence and were overly optimistic of what they could make.

They have base investor that's chasing for them.

It kills many birds with one stone (you get a place to call home for a bit, while others pay the mortgage and you continue to build equity). 

Was chasing tale when we had 30+ staff...What has been your biggest mistake as an investor?

A few cases of chicken thighs (or even better buy 2 whole birds and break em down yourself, here is a video of Gordon Ramsay showing 8 year olds how to do it), a 20 lb bag of decent rice, and a 20 lb bag of beans (change it up every so often) and you are good to go for 1 month for chicken and 3+ months for beans and rice.

I played 5 years of collegiate tennis as well as 18 years from the time I first picked up a racquet.I am looking for a mentor and also opportunities to grow in the real estate realm as I chase financial freedom with the goal to start building homes for those who need them once my portfolio allows me to!

I have also met with many that look back on their chase for wealth, regretting their absence with those that count. $1M is sizeable.
