I have a background working with banks, hedge funds and large infrastructure developers, and have been told my sales and negotiation skills could be leveraged in real estate, particularly in wholesaling.

But the struggle is real right now…  It will be challenging to find banks that will lend with less than 20% down.

This is where the bank generally gets notice Title was changed. 

If s/he'd been putting aside reserves, the repair would have been covered by funds already in the bank. 

I have $80k liquid in CDs and savings accounts in the bank and a credit score between 760 - 780.

I fail regularly but I have become more used to the fact that failing is a necessary part of success.

Bank accounts, stocks, all assets. 

What bank are you looking into?

Most banks won't finance you unless you (or a partner) will live near the home and can have a pulse on the operations.

Sigh - the first failed deal was stamped with #4  :-/
