Is the tenant quality good? 

Every PM I've met has at least several bad reviews, but I'm hoping this helps. 

Based on the quality of the video, their ability to adjust based on our request and overall communication styles we picked 2.

I have mine really nicely furnished with good quality furniture and high end finishes (quartz, stainless steel appliances). 

I’m trying to get a heloc or cash out refi on a primary residence duplex.l under FHA.I have great credit but modest incomeWife has bad credit with better income therefore I don’t believe we will qualify for heloc.Our plan was to get heloc to use as a down payment on another house hack or general investment property.So far our mortgage company said they could do the cash out refi which would raise our mortgage from $800 to $1200 (current rate is 3.62) and the rate would go to 6.6To pull out hopefully 30-35k maxMy concern is if I do the cash out.

If not, pay off the mortgage all at once.This will help keep you from rationalizing a bad rental purchase just because you earmarked the funds for it. 

You can also sell them on sites like paperstac, debexpert or others as well as brokers like Mission Capital, Rams or Phoenix.Depending on quality of paper and interest rate will determine sales price - also I would say self servicing can have a negative impact on the sales price as the major players in the space are not fond of self servicing. 

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but when you look at the facts of what money was invested in and how it was handled, it leaves little to hope for.The only potential to get anything back is a potential SEC / FBI investigation to see if any fraud was at play where other assets of Norada is possibly garnished to pay back investors.
