You'll likely want to talk with a real estate attorney and the local county office or court that handles the process to get a good picture, but here are some things to think about:1. 

Not only attorneys, but accountants, architects and other professional service providers.

If they don't disclose this, your attorney will be the point person to find out any issues when they run a title search and CO search.
