Of course, all channels can work.. it’s just that certain ones might be better for your situatoin right now.Since your Charlotte mortgage is higher, renting by the room can spread that burden across multiple renters.

This tenant is rude, vulgar, always has an attitude, complains about everything, have to constantly remind them to send me needed documents, blasting music all night to the point where cops were called on them by outside neighbors.

Without knowing all of your specifics, I'd say that it's only worth holding on to if you can reasonably expect to have some really good appreciation in the near future (like 5 yrs)....Or, in the case where it would run well as a vacation rental, you could switch the usage, maybe?
