What process does a parent have to go through to have a adult child leave if the person refuses to leave?

Now that they pay it, it's down to $75/month.However, our 6-plex (10 adults 3 kids) runs about $81/month for water/sewer, but our water rates are obviously much lower.

That means close to urban hubs (if that applies in your area), close to mass transit, work, shopping, dinning, and entertainment.

I thought there would be more entertainment in this thread...

The broker or agent could have instructions from their client to pre-screen the capability of the buyer(s).Out of town buyers some sellers instruct the listing broker or agent not to go under contract or entertain an LOI UNTIL the buyer has driven by and seen the property and decided they still want it.If I believed everything told to me without proof over the years I would be a hamster running around in circles going nowhere.There are always other properties to look at. 

For example, receptacles in a family room that are intended to serve home entertainment equipment or home office equipment may be placed in corners, may be grouped, or may be placed in a convenient location.

A seller is not going to entertain an offer without a prequalification letter or a proof of cash funds - how do they know you will be able to perform at all? 

I don't know how that's allowed as it should be illegal.The adults constantly party in the front yard.

I have been sadly entertained by all of these Morris Invest threads the last few weeks. 

I would certainly entertain the idea again in the future but would definitely keep in mind that there is always a possibility that the house manager or representative may end up having their own addiction issues but that is true of any tenant regardless.
