The way you figure out who is most active in a market is by just providing the best skip tracing service, and after a while our pitch is: do you want to save all that money on phone numbers and callers and let just just provide the deals you should show up at.

they're also completely different, and at opposite ends of the active / passive spectrum.  

I do get you having some concern maybe going into winter in WI and wondering if tenant activity will be there to fill a vacancy (with lots of leases and moving around happening spring-summer).  

The group Giovanny mentioned is still active, but I don't know that there is a meet up scheduled.

My advice for MTRs would be to have some activity or furnished tenant source other than just a hospital.

People are generally pretty active there.

Education is important, but I think the decision of how to invest money needs to hinge on how much capital you're likely to have to deploy to various activities and how much time you intend to invest actively managing deals versus selling your time into other productive endeavors.
