In looking at the website it says "n our lumber packages we can supply all the walls (inside & out), windows (Milgard), hardware, roof system (trusses or rafters), roof plywood, T1-11 siding, lap siding (LP or Aurora) barge, fascia, trim around doors, windows, corners, rake & eve.

That looks like a former homeowner took out some of the chords of the roof trusses to make room for the attic ladder opening and/or a platform for storage.

You have to invest, not just money, but also your time and effort into making sure you actually have a good investment in the first place.OK, enough of the soapbox speech. 

I gave her the speech above, and she said she would pay for it.
