@Nicole ShoafYou are correct and have equity locked up in those units, a good lender can give you options on HELOCs or other loan products that could help get some equity out without selling.

Alternatives include seller financing, a lease option, or using an LLC or trust to structure the deal while maintaining tax benefits.

Having the VA option is certainly a benefit and we're excited to get started now.
