If can't buy places cheap enough to cash flow well enough to pay someone else to work on your rentals then your paying too much for your places.That being said when I only had a few rentals I did try and save some money as much as possible until I grew my business.Good luck!

As I grew, i discovered there were certain limitations with Buildium that were difficult to overcome.

I found this thread extremely helpful as I am in the exact same boat as you (I even grew up in TO!)

I grew up in the Midwest and am 23 years old, about to close on my first deal which is a househacked duplex.

My wife grew up without running water or electricity in a make-shift cabin situated on a logging deck in western Montana.

I grew up in Decatur and it is a market I have interest in.

I also grew up in Oakland it has a special place in my heart!!

Also, the city directly North of me where I grew up- McDonough, is booming.

Phoenix's Maricopa county grew the fastest last year with over 78,000 new residents.   

We chose Ohio because I have family there (and it's where I grew up), and they'll be our people "on the ground" for things we need help with on that front.
