Keep a journal of when they notified you, when they started demolition, what hours of each day they are working, temperature in the unit, notes on conversations, copies of all emails, letters, phone conversations, etc.

This group was formed through the purchase of the BP Intention Journal, so we were randomly put together by BP.

Don, I'm not sure investing the time to become an expert in the IRS codes is a good investment of my time anymore than me pouring over a medical journal before a medical procedure would be a good exercise of my time as I don't think I can learn in 1 or 2 weeks what those professionals took years to master.     

We are looking to be close to public transport routes into both Newark and Manhattan (Journal Square area would be ideal).I appreciate that this is a very open question but does anybody have any advice given we are totally new to the area and indeed the country?

In January I picked up The Intention Journal with the goal of buying 1 property by April 25th.

I am new to real estate and just starting my 90day Intention Journal.
