You have to learn to be an interesting person,someone people want to spent time with even over the Internet for a few minutes each day.Use social media to show people how you do your job,how you have fun,etc.Never lose your audience or your show will be....cancelled.As for me,I'm flying to Dallas next Tuesday for the Brian Buffini Success 2day workshop.I am looking forward to meeting lots of other agents for networking and sharing ideas.You should look into finding a coach as well.Good luck to you,Ana!!!

How you ultimately financed it, upfront when you purchased it (or how you might refinance it later) is irrelevant.Just do a simple search on the internet for depreciating rental real estate property, you will find a virtually limitless number of sources that can explain basic depreciation mechanics - its not rocket science.
