Hello all,We’re a marketing company who creates advertising campaigns on behalf of 506c syndications (RE funds).Specifically, we act on behalf of the client to set up and manage their ad campaigns that bring them accredited investor leads.To be most aligned with our clients, we work with their marketing teams to create the assets and help investor relations guide prospective investors across the finish line (on a sales consulting side)—we do not interface with investors, and ultimately the client owns every marketing asset/investor relationship that resulted from our collaboration.From a compensation standpoint, we want to align ourselves as much as possible with the results that we deliver for our clients.

Discussions that have not received any engagement after 3 months are rolled off of the forum interface, but are not archived and still discoverable. 

It’s free and easily integrates calendars and has a user friendly interface for owner/managers like me as well as for those who manage houses for others.

It just depends on which interface you are most comfortable with. 

My rep was very positive and professional and the web interface is clean and easy to use.  

I tried booking - week interface and bad hosting terms, and Trip Advisor didn't provide much. 

Users like it because the interface is clean and user friendly, and the final reports that can be generated are very robust.

Your agent needs to have experience with renovation and it's not necessarily expertise you need to bring to the table.If you're concerned about interfacing with the contractor as a woman, this isn't a concern as the agent is interfacing with the contractor, not you.     

I thought the interface was perfect for investors who have a handful of properties.
