This will inturn reduce your next 7 years to little or no cash flow which when averaged out over the entire period will be exactly what we have said it to be.If you plan to refinance for those repairs, you just might be found in a position as many, many owners who cant refinance and then your income will cease because no one will rent your holy, leaky, house, and it might even be condemned.
