My point is this- just because there's an issue (as there always will be) does not mean someone is not fit to landlord.

So if you are using brokerage account to buy/trade some stocks and invest in trust deeds - this might be a good fit.

You can also consider buying the rate down with points if that's a better fit for your strategy.

It seems like this would be the perfect fit and you wouldn't have to spend time maintain a website.

I quickly scrapped that and went back to in-person tours and said F it.

I would recommend chatting with many different contacts to see what fits your vision for real estate investing in Memphis because there are always pros & cons to every investing model and you should know what your options are!

My experience on the forums is that everyone who touts a one-sized-fits-all system is (when you look at their profile) a paid teacher, coach, guru, etc.
