I am a financial trader by hobby...but I am looking for some diversity - and real estate has become one of my main interest to leverage the cash flow.I am about to attend the HGTV couple SuccessPath conference...and read from one of the blogs reviews that he had wished he did this first to further his education.

For ex. in the crest is known for high crime and violence but there are some newer homes within that same area that are decent and very quiet blocks. 

It is valuable if you are dealing with traders and speculators like Niederhoffer or the like but these guys are not interested in the few million I could put to use.

I am in Forex Spot trading and very successful in making money constantly .  

I am a Technical Futures Trader who uses a chart to just Trade the Current Price Movement, or scalper, regardless of the Fundamentals.

I have been to Tax Planning Seminars for Stock Traders where they try and get you to jump through hoops to make your trading easy to keep track of and be declared a Trader.
