If I were picking between the 3 it would definitely be my last choice. 

Sometimes stuff still goes wrong, but that's on me since i made the choices and decisions.

Totally get what you mean about using fear to make smarter choices and stay focused.

In retrospect...this was probably a "meh" financing choice in my opinion, not sure if I would do it again.  30 year terms, no fear of balloon, that's great. 

There are choices for the comparable sales inputs, discretion used for the adjustments, etc. 

We are here to learn and get as much info as possible to make great choices.

They keep track of my inventory and go and buy supplies when needed.When you select an offer from a cleaner on Turno you get to see the host rating and the Airbnb guest rating for cleanliness, so that helps you make a choice.

This is our first investment so we are trying to make sure we are making a good choice.

For example if someone has owned a house for 5 years, but did NOT refinance in 2020/2021, they left thousands of dollars per year on the kitchen table, which most people will not voluntarily do if they have another choice.

I have a feeling that his choice will be the latter....hence my prediction..."
