I Seriously doubt a chain saw shop like this does over $3,000/day..... a year, just maybe, if he’s selling a boatload of commercial lawn mowers, maybe at a discount near costs.

I had a contractor in NJ with a $70,000 guaranteed rehab loan project who showed up one day a week for about nine months after promising it was a 6-8 week job.

For me it was the former a culmination of many years  many ups and downs and end of the day  A great banker ( a relationship that is critical in this niche) And of course Partners without them we could never do something of this scale either..

John, it sounds like from the comments above that you should be fine at the end of the day, as long as you stay up to date and organized.My biggest advice as a bookkeeper to REIs still handling their own bookkeeping and documentation is to set aside a Saturday and Sunday to catch up on these tasks or to verify all has been logged.

but my subs on our new builds only missed one day.. as that project did not get it as bad as us we had 3 inchs of ice over an inch of snow..
