You'll find lots of helpful people and a huge archive of knowledge from folks who are successful, positive and willing to share.

Then go for the "nearly free": books in the BP library, maybe a pro membership so you can dig through the webinar archives and get unlimited use of the calculators.At the same time, find a few meetups in your area.

Some will have a good archive of records, while others would be lucky to look up something less than two years back.

If you should decide not to continue your regular updates, will they be archived, so we all can go back to the beginning and review them?

I've read the archived threads on this topic and the conversation seems to have simmered down considerably since 2012-2013. 

I suggest going to the courthouse, physically pulling files and getting comfortable with the forms, the info that is important to you and the local archival system protocol.

I have other investors in my archive that i've got from craigslist (hopefully they're reliable when the time comes).
