You can actually lose when you gamble despite what some casinos would have you believe...... :-)I would never tell anyone to buy anything that didn't cash flow.

It's not like you are going to the casino every Friday to spend your paycheck on BS *ahem.* Granted I am glad that I am not in that bad of a spot where I am having to make "deals" with collections, I aim to keep my credit as high as possible.

It wastes my time, the other agents time and the buyer and sellers time as I need to present all offers.If I was going to go to a casino to gamble (I don't), I could keep putting money into a slot machine and I might hit a big one but will probably go home broke.

They just put in a new casino which could make it easier to find tenants because of all the new jobs but I would definitely be carful of what part of Springfield you invest in.

You want to get as close into the big casinos as you can without actually getting some of the slum stuff that is right there (or get a whole block of the slum and fix it up).
