For those who have scaled to a company that is fully operational and scaled to the level you have desired how did you avoid scaling too fast?

When you have 4 units in one building each year you bump rents up $100 the building now brings in $4800 net higher this adds up fast over time and with single families the ratios are very different.Stocks can be nice and I keep some money in VTI but it is very slow gains compared to my real estate holdings, you are right in how stress free it is.

Fast-forward to July 2022, I found the actual company which allows tlwb access to their software. tlwb gives the impression that they developed the software 😒😒😒of course, I shared my experience with the software company’s rep and asked if there was any way for him to make his company aware of the sketchy company.

How fast or slow that is depends on your market and price. 

We are in a reverse frog boil environment  - Instead of boiling to death slowly they raised IR so fast that people are unsure/unclear when it's a good time to come back in - they will more than likely lower rates 1/8 to 1/4 point at a time, incredibly slow to allow the market drip back to normal preventing a surgeI'm also seeing people drop $5,600,000 in cash to $13,000,000 in cash like it's nothingCash rules down in florida even on 889K deals 

It also seems to interrupt the day as well because good deals go fast.
