(For what it's worth, I filed for divorce on my birthday.

Closed on my 1st rental on my 39th birthday.

I then bought a property with one large 3 bedroom house and 2 small 1 bedroom houses on it (on my birthday). 

I was extremely lucky to have that support and even luckier to stumble on a way to make a full time income working nights and weekends in high school, college, and a bit after (doing magic shows at kids' birthday parties).

After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad on Jan 1st (and three days before my 32nd birthday) I had a realization… I needed to get my a** in gear, take calculated risks, and begin pursuing the lifestyle I have always dreamed of.I started my real estate endeavor by reading numerous books including “Millionaire Real Estate Investor”, “The One Thing”, “Multi-Family Millions”, by David Lindahl, “Toddlers Are A**holes” (more on that later), all of Ken McElroy’s books and many more.

I betcha the same friends that invited him to weddings, child birthdays and family outings are going to be the 1st ones to loop up a rope for him.isn't like what they say about drug dealers, you get one, another shows up a second later.

Visited Maui summer of 2018 for my son’s birthday and felt time to come back home and raise my son there.

I wish I could have made it.I had forgotten it was my dad's 60th birthday.

I started investing one week after my 16th birthday but I was only able to do that because I had a married 19 year old brother that was legally able to contract, you had to be 21 back then.After 10 years I became an agent then broker.
