I’m in a STR mastermind and starting a co-hosting business so will get something out that way soon!  

I am currently working on a website so that the real motivated sellers contact me, so i dont have to spend as much time contacting property owners who aren't motivated at all. 

Superhost on Airbnb and Premier Host on VRBO.

I found through the website “My House Deal.com... which shows great discount and when I clicked on that property, it will show the contact person.

I don't see anything on the website or with a web search on how to go about applying for the mastermind.

Hi Cameron, My team and I host monthly real estate meetups in Bellevue.

I have finally got them in my hands ( straight from the state of Maines website) and now realize I have no idea really what I am looking at!

@Kitty Reese are you a current host?

If you're curious, I also host monthly networking events, meetups at current house hack and STR properties, etc. where you can soak in a ton of information and meet with experienced investors who have done the same strategies.
