At this point, although she is paying on the note on a regular and timely basis, I am feeling a bit vulnerable as the note has not been recorded in the county docs.   

The problem with pre-foreclosures is that the owner is in a very vulnerable position.

It might be a crisis in Europe that exposes the vulnerability of the over-leveraged economies and drag the world economy down with it just like the housing market did in 06.

As such, they should ensure they position their interpretation of these numbers in a way that makes it clear to everyone that employment gains do not necessarily equate to gains in all areas and note that smaller markets are often tied to single industries, which leave them vulnerable and volatile.And, I'm not sending out an alert that DFW is awesome...although it is!  

When I am submitting a lowball offer I almost submit it in a way that Let’s them know I am super vulnerable and making the offer makes me feel uncomfortable.

But the prices are vulnerable to manipulation just like the stock market, plus it doesn't have any of the investing advantages of real estate - leverage, tax benefits, personal control.....

many people only pay attention to politics at election time. they listen to politicians speeches at face value then vote. this leaves them vulnerable to believing everything they hear including lies. this is how people get voted in on promises they do not keep. telling people what they want to hear at that time. telling different people different things. that is why I refer to people as uneducated because they are oblivious to all the issues particularly the ones not right in front of them in the media.

This can be difficult/awkward but is important to make sure the rules are understood and that you're not making yourself vulnerable to being taken advantage of with other lease terms.EDIT: Saw you just posted your lease.
