Do you mainly rely on driving for dollars, online platforms, or networking with other investors? 

There are turnkey companies or platforms like Roofstock that assist investors in doing so or you can contact property management companies or look for investor friendly real estate agents in that market to assist you.  

Fellow Community: I am excited to join this platform and learn from like-minded individuals about the real estate space, especially STR, MTR, and long term including section 8.  

And I will also be checking out Branson, MO @Gary Nelson and thanks for the reminder of ALL the benefits.. that long term view is important. 

Court house step auction was a waste of time as the REO bank would step in and bid a price equal to the mortgage when they did not receive a bid equal to the unpaid mortgage.The other issue is I often cannot view many of the properties as they have squatters.
