Great work @Jay Ragland. 1 or 2 things i would have done differently or added to the interior but otherwise a very impressive rehab.

I have only been there once but it really didn't impress me, at all. 

As of right now I’m not impressed with Zillow. 

. #2 - might be cost effective although the times I've gotten quotes on this approach, I wasn't too impressed with options for control within different spaces (for instance if you have a single room studio, sure - however if you have a 2 bedroom deal you need some separate feeds and that's not what these are designed for)..

My impression toward end of the year is if it is NOT priced correctly it will be vacant for a long time.
