If this is a valid issue it means whoever did the work actively tried to deceive the buyer into thinking the electrical was done correctly and I would question what else they covered up.

I see both sides of this debate have all had valid claims.

I just let Airbnb do their thing and do my normal due diligence on Airbnb guests like asking why they're coming, making sure they have a valid ID and try to avoid locals unless they have a good reason like home shopping

Only way to live on rent is to pay cash and or be extremely frugal mid western rust belt type area were primary housing is very low and all other things including gas, insurance etc are much lower than us west coast folks.Nevada though to me is a smart choice to try to live on RE  prop tax's some of the lowest in the country  NO income tax  utls are low .

However if you decide to get those new power tools you want on the business credit card and your business is a tax firm like us, its going to be hard to justify to the IRS (and your wife) why it was a valid purchase for tax purposes.

I also see this frequently around Tarrant County...like mostly Tarrant and Parker where there is a oil/gas lease in place. 

But, for all the Minimum Wage Slaves that work in the Retail and Service businesses, it made the Rents double and triple at a time of Inflated gas, food, medicine to where my old tenants call me begging for help to find a place to move to.
