Don't do a deal for the sake of doing it, make sure you perform your due diligence and make sure to follow through on it, if the seller is unwilling to allow you to complete your due diligence, then walk away.

So, potential class C and B renters stay stuck in class D properties - few or no "move ups".Yes, the lack of qualified prospective buyers is holding housing prices down while at the same time causing a glut of boomers who may want/need to sell, but can not or are unwilling to settle for lower prices.For now and until the picture becomes a bit more clear, best to hunker down for the long haul, I would say.
