I cant find much about doing this online since the layout of this house is a bit unusual.

That being the case, I don’t see how the risk and capital investment is worth it, unless the operator hits a market where the returns are unusually high.

I just had a RE friend of mine come across an unusual property that most banks wouldn't lend on.

All the houses I've done, I've never actually gone through and measured every room, ( does anyone unless they suspect something highly unusual?).

I like to take something that is broken, buy it, fix it, make it nice, and let others enjoy it for a modest price.Satisfaction in providing nice homes to people who need one because they incurred unusual life circumstances, but still want to be proud of the place they live in.
