@Ashraf FarragWe've only used lease options a few times - basically to unload a property we did not want to retain.  

I used Lumber Liquidators for LVP.

Once it is on the record you will have a hard time to unload later people will walk away.

He was extraordinarily motivated and unloaded 5 multi-family properties for below value and he financed some.

The individual drain tiles were in really good shape, but two of them were disconnected, because 60 years ago they had been supported by some leftover construction lumber over a soft spot (instead of crushed stone, as supposed to).
