I know that's a strong statement but I'm pretty good at being a relatively approachable and a kind person especially when I know I'm about to make an offer or ask questions that the realtor will think is wasting their time but still I get rude comments, sarcastic remarks, or just realtors hanging up on me.There have been many times I politely worked my way toward explaining I understand this is a really low offer, I just wanted to let the seller know we're interested, wanted to give them our number, and if anything changes we would be happy to negotiate.. then after giving my offer having the agent laughs and says "They will never accept."
