Remember, contracts are written for when things go bad, not good, good takes care of itself, bad is unforeseen because if anyone thought it would or could happen, they wouldn't do business in the first place right.

In my area manufactured homes that have been moved more than the initial time from the lot are (or can be) significantly more expensive to insure (but it's usully always still do-able), and there can be additional unforeseen hiccups. 

Be sure to check with your insurance company to see if there is any unforeseen cost of ensuring this property.
