Not pointing fingers, but there are some in our area that have an online presence that is far from reality when you meet them in person.

Real estate doesn't function like a traditional job, where you setup meetings weeks in advance and invite everyone from the team to attend (regardless of whether their presence is needed or not).

Your state may not have a law forbidding it (yet) but it does begin to encroach on Fair Housing Laws territory.
