I suppose they provide some examples too of a well-optimized listing title and description, but as it also states, you can likely look at the listings that already rank well and sort of emulate or steal from those.Don't know if any of my presumptions are correct or not but just felt this might provide some insight based on my adjacent expertise.

They called me back and told me they had corrected the error and would serve another notice to the Tenant within 72 hours of the eviction (Sat morning) and it would sstill go thru at the assigned date of Tuesday.Tuesday morning 30 minutes before the eviction, I was driving to the unit as the Sheriff had instructed me to bring a locksmith the break the lock - in case the tenant had changed them, then change the lock as soon as the Deputies had cleared the unit of people.

Typically: Pros: - Fully passive- Equity growth (hopefully) - Smooth process Cons: - No control- When they liquidate, you liquidate and need to 1031 again (usually they have other funds set up, however) - Make sure debt is rolled over correctly Hope this is helpful!
