We develop long-term relationships with our go-to vendors, some LBI and some not.If a vendor is going to be on the roof or high on a ladder (roofing maintenance and repair, chimney sweeps, gutter companies, etc.), we will look for someone who is licensed, bonded and insured.

I'd say BP beats me this year, LOL, I see a sweep coming at the awards ceremony, but, the angel investor backing a tech company, I think they are asking something else on that one, might be Bill Gates in a health care site, no idea

There is a wire brush attachment for a snake, like a chimney sweep brush but smaller, a power snake should be able to clean out the drain, if it's tree roots, there is a cutter that can be attached.
