They should be easy to find with an internet search. 

So now I am 25 and I was finally presented with an opportunity (duplexes are super rare in my area/state btw) I put an offer in and it's looking like it's gonna be accepted!!

I get 20 calls a week, tenants are the easy part,  

They are 100% correct.The downside sometimes to forums is people have a superman complex and get the impression real estate is easy as they think everyone is doing it and just jump in without the knowledge or expertise.

I started STR to offset my W2 incomes and found how easy industry was and focused last 2 years on it. 

In this case the Service of Process will be easy but once they have moved on, you'll then likely need to hire a skip tracer to locate them.

Hotels and hospitality are a super interesting sector to me.

     It works fantastic for me, and it is very easy to learn.
