Can anyone give me advice on how to go about it if it's worth it?

I’m just not sure why you would give your perspective or advice about partnerships to people who do work with partnersThe majority of deals that I do and have done have been with partners.

My piece of advice would be to research emerging neighborhoods and focus on areas with strong job growth and infrastructure development. 

I am new to rental appartment so wanted to get some advice, if I build a 7 unit appartment for $700,000, say mortgage of  $4000 per month.

For lender provided leads, half of this is the norm.Social media and SEO works, but you have to really niche and be strategic.

She's been stuck with the city process and wanted some advice about how to get her plans approved.

It may be hard to find unbiased advice on account of that.To me, it seems that his/their core competency is promotion and fund raising.
