we simply dont do that here.OH and well we dont pump our own gas anyway.. its illegal.. and well since i went electric i dont even buy gas.but the point is in those areas petty theft is a sport..

I read too many new landlords buying a house, and instantly jacking the rent up on the tenant, too many new landlords making up the law as they go along, too many new landlords that are heading straight to slumlording.But I would still hate for BP to turn into forums I've seen in the past where a group of users who have massive post counts, have a clique going, and berate new users for sport.

It turned out he had never managed property before, in fact he had never touch a single peace of real estate in his life, and was a renter with zero experance beyound being a sales rep for sporting goods store.In the process of trying to make the deal work, he said he would be managing the properties, but after a few weeks of owning them, he realized he had no clue what he was doing.

If I took 50% of the money I spent on travel, live sporting events and other splurges in the last 5 years I'd have more than enough for a down payment for 2 cash flow generating houses and much closer to financial freedom.
