A few of us are interested in buying land in New Orleans/Kenner, prefer utilities in order to install double wide manufactured homes.

Personally, I would walk away unless the offer comes with some very wide doors for me to walk away without any money lost.

it varies widely per state...in florida I am basically only required to provide a dwelling that has heat...AC not even required by law.

When I was obtaining my license, we studied a similar widely-publicized New York court case. 

Speaking from experience, the Soldier's commanding officer does not have any legal authority in this case, cannot "force" payment of rent or any other debts, and will only look after the well being of the Soldier...not the landlord.

Do not use the wide streets Milton, Montford or Luzern as comps for the narrow streets Like Rose and Port

Include photos and an illustration with measurements showing the driveway on your property is plenty wide for a vehicle, hopefully that satisfies them.
